Our Story

Our Revenue Operations agency was born out of the passion and dedication of a team that has grown from the roots of independent hospitality. With nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, we started as receptionists in a small boutique hotel and, through hard work and a clear vision, we moved up to general management of operations.

 

During this time, we helped transform a boutique hotel into a thriving group of 2 boutique hotels and 10 vacation properties located in Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen, Mérida, Isla Mujeres, and Cancún.

Throughout our journey, we deeply understood the unique challenges faced by independent hotels and vacation rental owners. Our founder personally experienced the frustration of relying on external digital marketing and OTA management teams that failed to significantly increase direct bookings. The main complaint was that our website wasn’t selling as much as the OTAs, and a large portion of the profits was going to commissions to these major companies.

 

After many studies, courses, workshops, and certifications, we realized that what we needed was an integrated strategy. Revenue Management became the essential bridge between sales, operations, and marketing. Thanks to this new strategy, we managed to have our hotel websites generate 60% of the sales, reducing the dependency on OTAs to 40%.
